1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. AAA MEMBERSHIP IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO SWEEPSTAKES. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of AAA Western and Central NY (“Sponsor”), Travel Impressions (“Prize Provider”) its and their affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and all coordinating agencies or entities for the “AAA Western and Central NY Trip to Cancun, Mexico Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) and the immediate families of each, or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. laws and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void outside the U.S., and void where prohibited. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, administrators and Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. In addition, all participants agree to release Sponsor, Prize Provider and its and their affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, prize providers, participating companies, and all coordinating agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from any and all liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation in this Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use of any prize.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am ET on September 2, 2010, and ends at 9:00 am ET on November 11, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”). ENTRIES MAY ONLY BE MADE ONLINE: During the Promotion Period, participants may enter online by visiting either of the following URL addresses: www.AAA.com/travel or www.AAA.com/giveaway. At the Sweepstakes site, you will be asked to provide certain sweepstakes registration information and complete a 5-question survey in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any potential winner, the potential winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Sweepstakes entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes or damage to the user’s system as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes should any computer virus, malfunction or other cause beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False or deceptive entries or acts, as determined by Sponsor, will render the entrant ineligible. Limit one (1) entry per household address.

3. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Grand Prize: Cruise for two (2) people (one of whom must be the Grand Prize winner, and all of whom must travel on the same itinerary) on the May 15-22, 2011 Princess Cruise Line’s Sapphire Princess to the Alaska Inside Passage. Prize package consists exclusively of: Roundtrip coach class airfare with carrier selected by Sponsor for up to two (2) people between Buffalo Niagara International Airport, Greater Rochester International Airport, or Syracuse Hancock International Airport and Seattle, Washington; ground transfers to/from the airport in Seattle, Washington to the pier; and seven (7) nights cruise accommodations. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize package is $1,700. Grand Prize winner travel arrangements must be made a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to winner’s travel date to allow for travel accommodations, which are subject to availability. Winner must redeem prize package and make travel arrangements through Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize described, or any portion thereof, is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any and all taxes, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs. Winner and guests must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4. RANDOM DRAWING & CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing from among all valid entries received during the Promotion Period as provided in these Rules. Random drawing will be conducted on or around November 15, 2010 by a representative of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Rules. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail, e-mail and telephone within ten (10) business days of the random drawing. Grand Prize winner and traveling companions (or traveling companions’ parent or legal guardian if under 18) may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Consent to Use/Prize Acceptance Form/Publicity and Advertising Consent and Release (except where prohibited by law) which will include a Release of Prize Provider, and such other documents reasonably required by Sponsor in connection with Sponsor’s use of winners’ name, likeness, and biographical information without compensation. All such documents must be signed and returned within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Return of the prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure of Sponsor to contact winner based on contact information provided at registration, or failure of potential winner to respond to notification attempts will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. In the event the winner declines the prize or fails to return completed releases, Sponsor may elect, at its own discretion, to select an alternate winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, prize will be awarded from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all travel documentation and must travel on the May 15, 2011 departure only or otherwise forfeit any claim to such prize package, and neither Sponsor nor Prize Provider will have any further obligation to Winner. Winner will receive a prize letter from Sponsor. All elements of the Grand Prize must be booked and redeemed at the same time and no changes will be permitted after confirmation. Trips are non-transferable and have no cash value. Actual value of prize may vary based on timing.

5. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:Entries become the property of the Sponsor and the names of participants may be retained on Sponsor’s mailing list for future contacts. No correspondence or other inquiries regarding entries will be accepted. Void where prohibited.

6. WINNER’S LIST: To receive the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “AAA Western and Central NY Cruise to Alaska Sweepstakes Winner’s List Request,” 100 International Drive, Buffalo, NY 14221, to be received by October 1, 2010.
